FOSTER CARE COMMUNITY

We are a bridge organization in Hancock County, IL, connecting local church partners with the needs of children in our county’s foster care system.   We can equip a church on how to create a CARE community model around a biological or foster family in their congregation or city.

Whether you are a foster parent, relative caregiver, or fictive kin, you said “yes” to selflessly loving these children who come into care because of abuse or neglect.  Whatever way you became a foster parent, you are the hands and feet providing the nurture, daily tasks, and managing emotions. Please reach out to CARE if you have a need or want that the system doesn’t already offer.  CARE, with the support of our local church partner in your city, will wrap around your foster family.
